Protecting the safety and wellbeing of our service users, learners, and residents is at the heart of everything we do.
The safety and wellbeing of our service users, students, and residents is at the core of everything we do.
At InnovCARE, we are committed to ensuring that everyone who accesses our services is protected from abuse, harm, and neglect. We also prioritise safeguarding their health, wellbeing, and fundamental human rights.
Safeguarding is a shared responsibility across InnovCARE. Every employee, volunteer, and contractor—regardless of their role—plays a part in keeping people safe.
InnovCARE’s Safeguarding Policy and Procedures
Our safeguarding policy and procedures—which cover both adult safeguarding and child protection—are shared with all students, residents, and individuals who use our services.
The policy outlines guidance on a wide range of safeguarding concerns, including:
bullying
domestic violence
teenage relationship abuse
female genital mutilation (FGM)
child-on-child abuse
sexual violence and harassment
child sexual exploitation
radicalisation
trafficking, exploitation, and modern slavery
forced marriage and so-called ‘honour’-based violence/killings
gang violence and grooming
online safety, including internet grooming and cyberbullying
In order to achieve this, we work to develop trusting connections with the clients we help and their families by empowering each client we assist to exercise complete authority. We are driven by the desire to increase the freedom of those who choose our services so they can make the most of their lives. Many different people with a broad range of ailments receive evaluated SCREWED services from us. Families and individuals have asked us to assist them in finding the best carers for their loved ones. This can be done through a variety of financial sources, including privately paid care as well as direct payments from the NHS and Social Services for both ongoing medical treatment and end-of-life care.
